This is an awesome coffee blend, with less acidity than our other blends, caramelised sugar, stone fruits and chocolate notes.
This blend pulls really well in milk based drinks.
Now - a bit about the Totem Pole in Tasmania.
The Totem Pole is a beautiful rock climbing location, with a dramatic view, where this huge column of the dolerity sea cliff rises some 70m above the sea in the Fortescue Bay on the cost of Tasmania.
The climbing there is technical and difficult, but the accomplishment is rewarding.
Recipe Suggestion
For a double espresso dose, adjust the grind setting and tamping to achieve:

- 39g out
- 31 seconds
