Shipping & REturns
Once we receive your order, we'll roast your coffee, pack it and ship within 1-2 Business Days. This allows the coffee to rest and de-gas. Normally the coffee needs 2 - 3 days to lock in the flavors after roasting so you'll get your coffee when it is at its best.
Unfortunately we no longer offer shipping to PO Boxes.
At the moment we only offer shipping within Australia. We are looking to start international shipping soon though, so watch this space.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are sure you'll love our coffee, however if you find any defect and you are not satisfied with the coffee you received, we are happy to send a replacement bag to you at no extra charge. All you need to do is to let us know by sending us an email to email@example.com or filling in the Contact Us form and mail the defective coffee to back to us so we can understand what went wrong with your coffee and make sure it doesn't happen again.
