Mexico Chiapas DECAF

This single origin from the Chiapas region in Mexico is decaffeinated using a natural process called Mountain Water Process. 
 
In this natural process, the coffee is soaked in pure glacier water and  the caffeine is then filtered out, which results in more than 99% of caffeine being extracted from the coffee. 
 
This coffee tastes amazing and has jasmine/black tea notes.
