Honduran coffees are well known for their sweetness and caramel and brown sugar like notes.
The La Flor is no exception to that. With a medium body, it's sweetness comes through right on the first sip. This coffee also brings medium acidity and floral aromas, which is the reason why it's called La Flor (the flower in Spanish).
An excellent coffee for espresso, Mocha Pot (stove top), filter or plunger drinks. Lovelly with milky drinks like the Lattes and the Cappuccinos and you'll notice its sweetness even with milk.
