El Salvador - Apaneca Llamatepac

This coffee comes from the Pacas Family in El Salvador, more precisely the mountains of Llamatepac and it brings strong sweet caramel and chocolate notes in a full bodied cup. Great both black and white (lattes, cappuccinos, etc).
 
The Pacas Family have been cultivating coffee since 1800s and they have support anti-violence initiatives in El Salvador through education to help the young to have better options in life.
