This coffee is a ripper as they say. it is smooth, has aromatic molasses and mango tones and a sweet finish. You'll also get some floral aroma in the cup.
Honey processed coffees normally have distinct sweet and aromatic flavours.
These flavours are present in the coffee seed due to the way the coffee is processed, where after harvesting the coffee seeds spend between 12 and 24 hours fermenting with the coffee cherry, absorbing sweet and fruity flavours - hence "HONEY" - there's actually no real bee honey involved in this process.
